1. The Starting Point

We're incredibly proud to offer a bespoke service to our clients, enabling them to design something unique for their events. We place the specific needs, budgets and timescales at the forefront of our operations. All we ask is that clients be as creative as they can when formulating a design brief.

2. Reach Out!
We understand that when there are so many decisions to make, it can be daunting to settle on that one design. When you make that decision, though, reach out to us so we can get the best price possible for you!
Providing exceptional service is what we do at Running Imp and Bespoke Medals, and we're committed to helping you create the perfect bespoke medal. We do so by utilising the incredible skills of our In-House Design Team, part of a free service that is unique to us!
3. Design away!
Our team are here to guide you with quotes and updates on your order and answer any queries you may have. In the meantime, our In-House Design Team will work tirelessly to make your vision a reality.
Don't be concerned if you're short on ideas as well. Our design team will work with you to make sure your concept finds its way to completion.
4. Time for the final stage of pre-production, receiving your approval.
Once our team gets the thumbs up, your design goes to our suppliers, who set the process in motion!
We work towards your event date and offer two delivery options - Sea Freight or Air Freight for delivery. As the cheaper of the two options, Sea Freight is perfect for your events in 16-18 weeks and beyond. Air Freight, on the other hand, is ideal for events in 6-8 weeks.
We'll discuss these options with you during pre-production to ensure that your medals arrive on the date that best suits you.
5. Quality Control
Our team performs Quality Control checks to ensure your medals look exactly as they should. Creating these medals is a labour of love, and there's nothing more important to us than making sure that you love the result.
Unless you opt for collection, we will deliver to you! Our aim is always to get your medals to you for your event date. Our Sales Team will happily update you with the progress of your order as it goes through the various stages.
And there we have it! We work closely with customers to create unique memorabilia, and we'd be proud to add you to our list of satisfied clients.
Your event on a budget
To achieve true cost-effectiveness with your Bespoke Medals, it often works best to order over 500 units. For customers who don't need this many medals, though, we have the perfect alternative. This alternative comes in the form of stock medals available through Running Imp, all exclusively designed by us to suit any event.
