Our payment is powered through Sagepay (secure online payment).

We accept all credit and debit cards displaying the Visa, MasterCard, Maestro signs. To pay using one of these cards simply click the 'Checkout' button in the shopping basket to proceed with your order. 

If you are a School or Government/Official Public sector organisation please enter your official purchase order number (PO) at checkout, this will be verified and approved by our Accounts Team.

Any corporation business order numbers will not be accepted online automatically and will need to be verified via the Accounts Team.

If you are not totally satisfied with any products that have not been engraved or Bespoke/customised, you can return them within 14 working days, starting from the date after the day of delivery, for a refund or credit. It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in original boxes and packaging. 

The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and return via a reputable courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. 

Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing these items from any refund when goods are returned to us damaged (if we are not notified beforehand).

Your right to return or cancel goods to us does not apply to any items that have been engraved or customised specifically for you.

If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery, we will meet the cost of return.

We will not be liable for you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.

You should email us at [email protected] to notify us of your return with your order or invoice number and explain the reason why so we can record the delivery. Alternatively, please contact a member of our team on 01522 502131.

Please ensure your package is returned within the 14-day limit.

To sign in to your account on www.runningimp.co.uk, Click on 'My Account'. 

1. To access your account in full, enter the email address you registered your account.

2. Enter your password.

3. Click 'Sign In'

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the My Account screen by clicking 'Forgot your password?'. 

If you choose to reset your password, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. You may need to check your Junk/Spam folder for the password reset email. When you have received the forgotten password email press the 'Reset Password' button in the email and it will take you to a new web page to allow you to type in your new password. 

Fill in your new password and once you have confirmed your password press 'Reset Password'. Once pressed your password has been updated to your new password. Continue logging in by pressing 'My Account' at the top of the screen.

Change your delivery/billing address

Please note that the credit/debit card you are using must be registered to your billing address.

To change your delivery and/or billing address, follow these steps:

• Log into 'My Account' using your email address and password.
• Select 'Address Book' from the menu on the left-hand side.
• Then press '+ Add Address' if the address you want to change isn't already saved to your account.
• Input the new address in 'Add Address' box and press 'Add'.
• When you can see your new address in your address book. Press 'Make Default' next to the recently added address. 
• Select what you would like to make this address default for either 'Billing Address' and/or 'Delivery Address'.
• Then press 'Save', and you should see your details updated on your account.

Change your contact number or email address.

Stay updated with the latest information from us, including important information about your account and the latest releases by keeping your contact details up to date.

To change or amend your contact number or email address, follow these steps:

• Log into 'My Account' using your email address and password.
• Select 'Profile' from the menu on the left-hand side.
• Then choose to change your phone number and/or email address by adding a new phone number and/or email address and the correct information make default or delete old information.
• Press 'Save Profile' to save any deleted or updated personal information to your account.

Change your password

To change your password, follow these steps:

• Log into 'My Account' using your email address and password.
• Select 'Profile' from the menu on the left-hand side.
• Select 'Change your password' which is next to 'Personal information'.
• Then fill in your current password and below write and confirm your new chosen password. 
• Press 'Change Password' to save and update your new password to your account.

We're sorry you are thinking of leaving us, we would hate to lose you as a customer and would love to know if there's anything we can do to change your mind. 

In order for us to close your account, please contact us by email or phone. Click here to contact us.

Delete your website account

To close or delete your website account, follow these steps:

• Log into 'My Account' using your email address and password.
• Select 'Profile' from the menu on the left-hand side.
• Select 'Delete Account' at the bottom of the right-hand side.
• A text box appears on the screen please read the instructions and type 'delete' and press 'Delete Account' button to permanatly delete your account and all of your information. 

Please Note: this is irraveriasable.

Unfortunately not. If you are a previous customer and have never used the website, your account is stored within our internal systems, and not the website. If you would like to order through the website and use an account, please create an account as registered above, and our team will link your name and email address to our internal systems.

Our opening times are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday. 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Fridays. We close on Weekends & Bank Holidays.
