All orders to be sent tracked next-day delivery (subject to postcode) via Parcelforce or DPD Courier Service.

Surcharge Areas

Some more remote parts of the UK and the Republic of Ireland are more difficult and expensive to reach. If you live in any of these, then you will incur a small surcharge on the delivery cost, and you may, at times, have to wait a little longer for your order to arrive.

Schools Free Delivery

Free delivery to UK Mainland schools for orders over £100 excluding VAT.

Timescales

We endeavour to process and despatch all orders within 5-10 working days, subject to stock availability, however, on a few occasions, we may be unable to meet these timescales, especially if your engraving requirements are particularly complex. If this is the case, we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date. If artwork is involved, the dispatch time of 5-10 working days quoted is from acceptance of the final artwork proof.

Please Note: Standard delivery days (working days) are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays. To arrange a Sunday delivery or timed delivery, please call our Customer Care Team to discuss any additional charges for this service.

Any order can be collected during our open hours of Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm.
